We can supply permanent candidates throughout the commercial sector. We interview suitable candidates to ensure they meet your requirements before presenting a shortlist of cv's. We will arrange interviews with your preferred candidates and work with you through the selection process right up to their start date. We don't charge you until your chosen candidate has started and we offer rebate and replacement options should anything go wrong. We also offer a comprehensive after placement service.

Where specific skills are required to complete a project, we can find you the right people, within the right timescale. The contractors we provide will be experts in their own field and will have a successful track record of delivering similar pieces of work within similar organisations. We will invoice you for work completed based on timesheets signed by you and they will be paid a pre-determined amount either daily, weekly or monthly. Holiday pay, sick pay, NI and normal employee benefits do not apply to contract staff.

In situations where a permanent role has not yet been fully justified, or you would like the option of flexibility, you can employ the services of a temporary member of staff via our payroll, before inviting them to become a permanent employee.

Interim members of staff are usually highly qualified professionals who will specialise in picking up and completing partially-completed projects or taking on the management of key departments, ensuring that all loose ends are tied up and key objectives met. Interim staff will be paid by us and invoiced on a signed timesheet basis.

We can source candidates for Fixed Term Contracts over 6-24 months. These staff would normally be paid through your payroll, with the normal benefits, although it is possible to manage it through our payroll, if preferred. We charge a one-off fee for this service.

Creation specialises in finding the right staff for you - so we can advise you on an advertising strategy that works, or we can manage the whole thing for you. All you need to do is pay us a fee when the position is filled.
