The job:

• Design, develop and build secure data platform architecture for major cloud platforms using cloud native technologies and tools (Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud platform)
• Design solutions that keep data secure across national boundaries through multiple data centres and regions
• Help define a new operating model for building and operating Cloud based products and solutions at scale

Skills, knowledge and approach:

• Experience of Product Development as a Senior Engineer or Lead Architect role
• Proficiency with at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, Scala etc.
• In-depth understanding of Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud solutions and experience of developing product solutions on AWS, Azure or Google
• Experience with deployment orchestration, automation and security configuration management (Puppet, Chef, Docker etc.)
• Good understanding of the cloud delivery, security, configuration and deployment models for PaaS and SaaS service offerings provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure platforms or Google Cloud platform
• Technical knowledge of networking, DevOps practices, micro-services architecture and secure database design
• Collaborative approach and good at explaining technical information to non-technical people
