Reporting to the Product Director, the Product Manager will own our integrated products and

services. This is a really exciting opportunity to get creative and make a positive impact on

people’s lives. This role would particularly suit someone who has experience designing, building

and optimising solutions used by third parties to embed consumer-facing products and services

into their platforms.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving growing wellbeing business with a focus on

finance.

What you’ll do

• You will be the product owner working within the delivery team that owns our integrated

products and services

• Work with the commercial and product teams to translate strategic priorities into a

roadmap of objectives, metrics and deliverables that the team can execute on

• Work with the engineering team to build flexible, scalable and maintainable API systems

and frameworks

• Work with product designers to develop delightful embeddable consumer-facing

experiences

• Work with the data engineering and data science teams to ensure that attribution

reporting is accurate and accessible

• Build relationships with key external partners in order to co-create and deliver solutions

• Empathise with our members by working with our researchers to carry out user testing

• Gather and prioritise requirements in the form of user stories, acceptance criteria,

wireframes and mock-ups

• Use rapid experimentation to validate hypotheses and drive the team towards value for

our members, our partners and the business

• Use data to make the best-informed prioritisation decisions to deliver the most impact as

quickly as possible

• Assess and review technical and product documentation and ensure the team create

appropriate levels of documentation

• Break down and sequence the implementation of complex solutions into discrete

milestones to rapidly deliver business value

• Communicate upwards and outwards about the bigger picture, trade-offs, and delivery

timelines

• Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap to deliver on our mission

Who you are

• You will have at least 3 years of experience shipping integrated consumer-facing

products and services in a fast-growing company

• Can think critically about commercial and product strategy, and can balance the

requirements of different partners, our members and our business

• Has a deep understanding of API technologies and governance including standards,

compatibility, lifecycle management and monitoring

• Has the ability and confidence to participate in technical discussions to contribute to

understanding the problem and defining the solution

• Is extremely organised, has good project management skills and is used to delivering to

deadlines

• Has a hands-on attitude and an entrepreneurial problem-solving spirit

• Is relentlessly curious, always seeking to understand, challenge assumptions and improve

• Is able to prioritise based on what will have the most impact

• Can lead by example to inspire, motivate and empower the people around you

• Invites feedback and sees open and clear communication as a key to success

• Is fearless in trying big bold ideas while being thoughtful about reducing risks

• Can define solutions based on a data-driven, thorough, methodical approach

• Is comfortable communicating ideas visually including from a whiteboard, a sketchpad,

wireframes and visual mockups

• Has experience with modern product development tools (e.g. Jira, Figma, Miro)

• Value the importance of continuous, iterative delivery of value and the tools and

techniques to enable this (e.g. Agile/Scrum)

• Is comfortable working at pace within a changing scale-up environment

• Is a strong believer in Loqbox’s mission

• Bonus if you have experience in financial services or fintech

• Bonus if you have Certified Scrum Product Owner qualifications or equivalent

Location

Hybrid working with at least 1 day a fortnight in the Bristol office (travel paid for) or one of our
