Senior User Researcher

The Job:

• Co-ordinating, planning, conducting, analysing, and communicating research
• Applying a range of techniques and methods in qualitative (mainly) and quantitative research
• Working with agile teams, as a research practitioner in a squad, using evidence-based and human-centred design frameworks

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Current commercial research experience with strong qualitative and some quantitative skills
• Proficiency in a range of techniques and research methods
• Skilled at planning and conducting research and research analysis
• Experience of working with agile teams
• Good knowledge of the Product Lifecycle and evidence-based and human-centred design frameworks
• Ideally experience of working on large scale digital products and services with large numbers of users
