Digital Product Manager

£70,000 to £80,000 + benefits
Flexible - mainly remote (must be UK based)

The Role:

 

  • Own and build the product roadmap based on strategy, customer and data insights. Lead roadmap planning sessions with key stakeholders and squad
  • Discover insights from customers to ensure features are customer led, and decisions are data driven
  • Collaboration with various stakeholders: Users, other PMs and squads, Technology and Design teams and the Product Lead to deliver on the roadmap, and provide input for the Product Portfolio strategy
  • Use agile best practices to ensure the team can think strategically and learn effectively
  • Implement and track key metrics

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

 

  • Experience of the full product lifecycle to deliver successful consumer digital products
  • Healthcare or NHS experience
  • Skilled at managing vendors & partners
  • Knowledge of agile environments
  • Skilled in user discovery work

 

Would be great (but not essential) if you are any of these:

 

  • Open to user feedback that requires change
  • Have some Business Analysis experience
  • Keen to implement positive change
  • Have an analytical approach
  • Originally from a clinical background
