Director / Head of Product
To head-up a Digital Product R&D function
Remote – but must be based in UK, Germany or Ireland
Salary to £150k or €180k basic + benefits
The Role:
- Develop and own the product strategy for a portfolio of products
- Define product & value development strategy for existing products
- Set and own the Research & Development process
- Manage and grow a cross-functional product team, including Product Managers, UX Researchers, Designers, Engineers etc.
- Work with business stakeholders to ensure alignment between teams and business strategy, including forecasting and budgeting
- Own & evolve product analytics and key metrics forecasting for business
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
- Experience of leading cross-functional digital product teams across apps, web and platforms
- Knowledge of core product development frameworks and agile processes
- Understanding of the R&D process
- Experience of the full product lifecycle
- Analytical and reporting skills
