An exciting opportunity for an experience Digital Product manager who is focused on go-to-market activities and customer outcomes to join a LegalTech product company who have a unique SaaS platform that is used by a range of market leading clients.
This role will be integral to the success of their product as they look to ensure they effectively and accurately understand and communicate with their customers and wider market.

Required Experience
● 3+ years as a digital product manager, digital product marketing manager or in a technical implementation/customer success role
● Experience working within product teams and directly with end users on the roll-out of products
● Experience requirement gathering, validating and delivering solutions to end users
● Excellent at identifying and solving user problems
● Excellent at customer profiling and benefit led product delivery
● Experience with positioning and packaging products and understanding product-market fit
● Experience with and excellent at external communication and collaboration
● Heavily customer oriented
