Senior Product Manager

Salary: £100,000 plus benefits
Location: Mainly remote (must be UK based)
Leading the vision and delivery of an innovative healthcare product, positively impacting patients’ lives.
The Role:
- Developing an international product from vision to delivery and scale
- Ensure the vision aligns with an international strategy to meet key company objectives
- Conduct market research to prioritise patient and clinician needs, placing them at the heart of the product
- Build relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Lead the product development of a complex technical solution
- Create the product roadmap
Knowledge, Experience & Approach:
- Experience of leading complex healthcare products from inception to market
- Ability to combine strategic and operational skills, build customer relationships, and advocating for the customer
- Experience in delivering healthcare products in the UK with knowledge of the NHS
- Experience in Agile environments, leading distributed squads, and managing international stakeholders
- Experience with data products, including AI
Useful but not Essential:
- Knowledge of technologies like low code/no code platforms, CRMs, or data management
